Completed Races

*Disclaimer: At least at this point, I don’t really ‘race’ races. I treat it like a training run and don’t go all out, except for maybe at the end. For me, it’s just good fun and a great way to set goals. I do like to see my times improve, though!

Great progress - your first 10k at a pace 25% faster than the first 5k! Well done - what are your targets for 2008?

Thanks all! I certainly have caught the running bug, and I have been very happy with my speed and distance progress. I hope that I can figure out what has been causing my knees to ache and solve the problem so that I can keep running farther!

2008 is up in the air. Most of all, I would like to continue running at least 10 miles per week, and keep running 5k’s and hopefully 10k’s. If my knee issue is fully resolved, I have a plan to complete my first half marathon.
